This space is dedicated to sharing recipes that I have learned and refined along my culinary journey. I have taken my experience working as a chef and translated it into my own meals that I now cook at home. My culinary inspiration is drawn from my Sicilian roots and a mediterranean style diet. Organic, whole foods are a necessity as well as being environmentally conscious when choosing ingredients. I encourage you to use this site as a guide and follow your own creative cooking intuition.
After college I attended the International Culinary Center in New York City where I was classically trained in culinary technique. From there I trained abroad in Umbria, Italy where I was taught simple, classic dishes.
