Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
3 kiwis (one sliced for topping)
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup mint
1 cup coconut water or any milk of your preference
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 inch piece ginger, peeled and chopped
Topping:
sliced kiwi
sliced banana
coconut flakes
Method:
Blend all ingredients together on high speed in blender until smooth. Garnish with toppings.
